First off I would like to thank you for your exceptionally expedient support service. The Following is a review of your product as it applies to me, I enjoy the intuitive interface, it isn't overly complex which enables me to enter data concisely and accurately, as it should be when dealing with sensitive data. The font support is a plus, as far as I can tell your GUI handles every font that my computer has installed. And furthermore yours was the only software of this nature that also worked in windows (How cool is that, keyboard entry).

I tried all the password keeper apps before purchasing, and IMO, this is the best. I love the arbitrary hierarchical structure and the drag and drop, and the free form text nature of the record data -- it's much better than the arbitrary or single layer category structure imposed by other apps. I also love the full screen, landscape, and Tapwave support!
My only complaints, and they are very minor compared to the benefits and utility of the program are: filesize of Palm app is too big, there are some minor bugs, and I would prefer to be able to store (a little) more information with each record.

This was one of my first purchases for my new Zodiac and I've been very pleased with the interface and the enhancements for full screen support. The programs' configurable "Hard Buttons" option makes it a breeze to view and/or edit passwords, which works really well with the Zod's left/right trigger buttons.
The addition of the desktop interface is great. I entered most of my info using the stylus and it got tedious very fast. Not to mention I now have fast access to passwords directly from my computer.
Lastly, I had a small problem configuring the desktop installation and had to contact support. They were responsive and very helpful. It was the good support that motivated me to write this review.

Utilization of this application is facilitated by the hierarchical organization of the interface. This paradigm facilitates user-specified categorization of key information, for example, into internet passwords, financial information, medical information, and the like. Additionally, many users will further benefit from the support for the five-way navigation control.
One MINOR suggestion: it may be worth considering whether it would be desirable to allow the user to edit an entry in the view screen without having to first click the "Edit" button. Then again, this requirement may have been a design choice on the part of the developer to reduce the likelihood of inadvertent editing.
